The Loy Krathong Statements

Loy Krathong (Thai: ลอยกระทง IPA: lɔ ː t ʰ i kra-on) is a festival celebrated in Thailand and neighboring countries.

Time

The last week of October and the first three weeks of November are the twelfth lunar month. Duan sipsong called in Thai. This time of year is the "after name" flood season.
